Cancellations & refunds

Presale orders: Email hello@yumyeh.com any time before your order ships and we'll refund you in full.

Once it's shipped: Because our sachets are consumable, we don't accept returns. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, email hello@yumyeh.com with your order number and a photo — we'll send a replacement or refund it.
