Refund policy

We want you to love YumYeh — and if something's gone wrong, we'll make it right.

My order arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong.
We're really sorry. Email hello@yumyeh.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a replacement or refund you — your call. You won't pay return shipping, and you won't need to mail anything back.

Can I return it if I change my mind?
We're not able to accept change-of-mind returns at the moment. YumYeh is a one-person business, and because our stickpacks are a consumable food product, we can't resell a pouch once it's left our hands.

That said — if you're genuinely unhappy with your order, please email us anyway. We read every message, and we'd rather hear from you than lose you.
