YumYeh means “drink something” in Cantonese. It was developed by Jennifer, a food scientist and chef who couldn’t find electrolytes in the flavours she grew up with, so she made them.

LOVE!!! Easily the best electrolyte I've had - I used it post hockey, and post frisbee (& it hit both times). Fave right now is Salted Plum - I love how unique it is - but a close second it Lychee!

Yuzu Pomelo is my current favourite. It's bright and punchy. I love that these aren't too sweet, and the flavour is nuanced. OX

So so good and thirst quenching! All the flavours are insane but my fave is definitely Salted Plum. The little packs are so easy to bring on all adventures and they’re the perfect amount of salty and not too sweet. 10/10 recommend!!

Perfect!!! So sick of the gross cherry, lemon-lime, and grape electrolytes. Finally some exciting and delicious flavours. Litchi brings me back to childhood drives in SA so it’s my favourite for nostalgic reasons. All the flavours are great.

Orders ship from Vancouver within 3 business days, and you'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 2–4 business days in BC and 3–8 business days across the rest of Canada. Shipping is a flat $6.95, free on orders over $75.
OrdersWhat if something's wrong with my order?
Email hello@yumyeh.com with your order number and a photo. If it arrived damaged, faulty, or wrong, we'll send a replacement or refund you — your call. You won't pay return shipping and you won't need to mail anything back.
We're not able to accept change-of-mind returns at the moment — YumYeh is a one-person business, and because our stickpacks are a consumable food product we can't resell a pouch once it's left our hands. That said, if you're genuinely unhappy, email us anyway. We'd rather hear from you than lose you.
ProductIs it safe for kids?
YumYeh is formulated for adults. It's not recommended for children under 14 — the electrolyte levels are dosed for adult bodies and adult sweat.
ProductWhy is there sugar in YumYeh?
Yes, there's 3 g of real cane sugar—on purpose. We use a small amount of cane sugar to round out the flavour and support the formula, then sweeten with stevia leaf extract.
ProductWhy 500 mg of sodium?
Sodium is the primary electrolyte lost through sweat. We formulated YumYeh with 500 mg from Himalayan pink salt to help replenish what active days, travel, and hot weather can take away.
